A. Purchaser agrees the above-described puppy/dog is in sound, good health and free from all communicable

diseases, as far as it appears from inspection by Purchaser at the time of sale. Purchaser accepts the puppy/dog "as

following conditions:

1. Purchaser shall have the puppy/dog examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours from the time of

sale. If such examination reveals any life threatening health disorder that could cause the death of the

puppy/dog, we will replace the puppy/dog, provided the findings and results of such examination are in

writing and sworn to by the veternarian and the veterinarian's report is deliverd to us within 24 hours of

the examination. Ear mites, worms, and coccidia are not serious health problems if treated and are not

covered as reasons for any replacement or recompensation for vet bills.

2. There has been no neglect or abuse of the puppy/dog by the Purchaser that causes or aggravates any life

threatening illness or disorder resulting in the death of the puppy/dog.

3. We shall have the right to have the puppy/dog examined by a licensed veterinarian at our expense, as soon

as practicable upon receipt of the report from Purchaser's veterinarian, prior to making any replacement

or adjustment. If we elect to have the puppy/dog examined by our veterinarian, and the findings and

results of our veterinarian's examination agree substantially with those made by the Purchaser's

veterinarian, we will replace at no extra charge; and

EXPECTED LITTERS. THERE SHALL BE NO REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.

B. Subject to the foregoing, we will not be responsible for any expenses of a veterinarian or for any health care for

the puppy/dog, or for grooming expenses or food, landlord's disapproval, allergies to people, or disagreements

among household members fo the Purchaser, after Purchaser takes possession and ownership of the puppy/dog.

C. Because of the danger of exposure to outside diseases, we reserve the right to refuse the return of any puppy/dog,

in order to protect the health of the entire kennel.

D. A record of shots and worming is provided to Purchaser of each puppy/dog. Each puppy/dog should not be

socialized until the full series of shots is completed. We will provide Purchaser with a sample of dog food for the

puppy/dog. Purchaser understands that any abrupt change of diet may cause diarrhea. We recommend that the

puppy/dog be kept on the same diet as the sample.

E. We do not guarantee the adult size, color, or coat of each puppy/dog sold, nor that it can be shown or bred.
